We are trying to publish a new Rise course. We use Sumtotal as an LMS. It works beautifully in the desktop version of the LMS; however, we are starting to introduce the mobile app and the Engage interactions we've embedded into the module (via Storyline) and they don't function right in the app version of Sumtotal.
Anyone have similar issues? Thoughts on how to resolve?
We would expect the learner to click a "play" button, because Engage interactions are treated like web objects. However, the interactions shouldn't freeze after clicking play.
We'd love to take a closer look at how the interaction behaves on our side. If that works for you, you can send us the course Share link by clicking here.

Hi Sara!
How do the Engage interactions behave in a mobile browser, like Safari or Chrome? Do the interactions display correctly there?
If they display in the mobile browser but not inside the SumTotal App, I would reach out to your LMS administrator or SumTotal Support for next steps!
Thanks Alyssa. So they display but the learner is force to click play or it freezes.
