I am building a course in Rise and I have an embedded video. I would like that video to end with the last frame still visible. But in Rise, the video gets to the last frame and then fades to black with a button to replay it. I can't seem to find a setting to adjust this behavior. How can I have my video end with the content from the last frame still visible?
Hi, i got a similar question. Adding a video ( uploaded directly into Rise360 ) i do want to keep the video at the end when completed. Not jumping to the first frame...
Partly yes. Poster frame is useful for sure to prevent a video from going to a boring black or white screen.
Its not the same as stopping at the last frame, but it’s a good addition for sure…

Hi Sarah!
Tell me more about the video you're using. Is it a video file you uploaded to Rise 360, or is the video hosted somewhere like YouTube or Vimeo?
If you uploaded the video directly to Rise 360, the first frame of the video will appear again with a play button on it after the video completes.

Hello, Math. Currently, the first frame of the video will appear once it's complete in a video block.
We're tracking a request to choose the poster frame image for video blocks. Would that help you?
