Error in Uploading Images in Rise

As the title indicates, I am unable to upload any image in any of my Rise courses. I can add image blocks, but when I edit and upload an image from my computer, it just indicates an error without explanation.
I'm using Google Chrome (v. 87).
Any potential solutions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, Lauro! I'm so sorry you ran into that error. Please try clearing your browser cache, then upload the image file again. Let me know if you see an improvement!
HI, unfortunately I have the same error (both on chrome and edge) and clearlich cache does not help. Any further pieces of advice? Thanks so much!
