Any ideas what's causing this? we are losing our minds over here and have never had this issue before. We have a two clients that have been trying to get these loaded for days and need a solution. IT loads fin on our own LMS, but not these two clients....
I understand how complicating this issue can be and especially trying to troubleshoot on your own can be exhausting!! With that being said I found a couple of threads that seemed to have a very similar issue/issues from about a year ago that seem very similar to the issue you had that I will add below.
Hi Kelly! Here to help! You can try unzipping and rezipping the content itself so it's in the root folder. We've seen some cases where the SCORM Content is behind a folder with the course named and then zipped, which can cause some issues.
If you still have trouble, we'd love to take at the SCORM file itself. Could you please share it with us by opening a case here?
