Did anyone else receive an error message while trying to download the Articulate 360 trial? My co-worker and I both got an error message stating another installation was in progress. Just wanted to know if anyone else experienced this.
Bummer that this is happening. Now that you've downloaded the 360 trial installer, could you do a quick reboot to convince Windows that nothing else is going on, then try installing again? Please let us know if the problem persists!

Hello, I'm also receiving this error message and I have purchased Articulate 360. I've tried restarting my computer and continue to receive the same error message.
After I click the exe file, I click 'run' and receive the message, 'This program will install Articulate 360 on your computer'. I click 'Install Now' and click 'Yes' to 'Do you want the following program to make changes to your computer?' It tries to install but then I receive the following error message (see attachment). Our IT support cannot resolve the problem. I have Windows 7 SP1 64 bit. Any help you can provide is appreciated! Thanks!

However, when I opened the App, it was all in Japanese! One of the heroes showed me how the use the download translated into English, and it worked very well...

I successfully downloaded the update...
