I am getting an error message when trying to upload an mp4 file. The file is well under 5GB and I'm using Chrome. Are there any other suggestions on how to fix this?
Have tried multiple times using the block as well as the video buttons. Neither works.

Hi Ian and Joey, I tried in multiple browsers and received the same error each time. I was under a deadline so I went back to my video editing software and re-exported my mp4, shut all my browsers, rebooted my mac and tried again. Fortunately i was able to upload the video using Chrome. Thanks for your response Ian and best of luck Joey.

Hi Joey and all,
I am experiencing the same issue. I am using a Mac with MacOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 (16G1918).
Hi Joey and Julie,
Can you share the error you get when it fails?
Hi Ian,

Incidentally...or coincidentally Joey - I'm in Victoria, Australia as well.
Glad to hear its working now for you Julie. I guess that re-export fixed it? Maybe Joey can do the same?
The deadline for this one has now been lifted so I'm sure I'll be able to try a few things over time. Thanks for all your help.

Thanks Allison,
Yeah I noticed all that after I'd done it. Here is the pic.
Hi Joey,
Hmm... unfortuately that screenshot doesn't really give me much insight into why this may be happening.
