Hi, I'm trying to add a video to my rise course and I can't. gives me this message: We are unable to generate an embed for this URL. Please check that the URL is valid and the content is publicly accessible.
It seems very strange to me, this is the first time it has happened to me in 1 year using rise. I have changed the link for another one and it gives me the same error.
Same problem here. Is there something problem in Rise? Even if I try to embed any web page, I always get the same error message. It is same problem in any blocks where you can use embed web page.
the link in the video is publicly accessible, so everyone can see it, I don't understand why it gives the error. I have been trying for more than three hours and there is no positive response
Hi everyone - I'm seeing the same issue with adding web content when you use the URL. We're having a look now, and I'll keep you updated!
In the meantime, does the site you're using offer an embed code to use instead? Embed codes are working normally for me, and you can usually find them in the Share options in YouTube and Vimeo. It will look something like this:
That's work fine, but if you try embed for example only web page without iframe tags like this: https://articulate.com/360/storyline or something else web page, it's not working. Yesterday this still worked.

Something update to Rise 360 has apparently been made on May 14th. (https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Version-History) Has this caused this problem?

I have tried to do it with the insert code but it does not work, it keeps giving me errors.
Hello, Albert! Please share the Vimeo URL you are trying to embed, and I can help you generate the correct iframe code!
