Existing Rise 360 outline forms?

Hi everyone, 

My company is just getting started with using Rise 360 for the first time. We are working on creating an course outline form that the SME and requester can fill out so that we can design the course accordingly. Does anyone know of any existing forms that gathers content like graphics, lesson intro text, transition text, knowledge checkpoint questions and answers, etc. needed for a course? 

Similarly, is there a guide/menu that outlines all of the different interactions that Rise 360 offers that we can show SME's. We want them to understand the different options and features they can utilize with content.
