Export a course to PDF

I was testing the export for PDF and it exported timely, however the format is out of sync, I was hoping to be able to export as a pdf to be used as a job aid, instructional manual of a sort ...even though I have demos/simulations, I also insert a lot of definitions, so I thought it would be a nice value add, is there a suggestion. What I mean about out of sync is the page gets cut, more spaces in between, etc.
Thank you.

Hi Donna,
What you describe is how Rise PDF's export. There are no settings to change or control any of these issues.
While it is technically true what Karl said, there are some ways around it. You can export the PDF into Word and reformat there.
I have exported Rise PDF into Word many times.
While it is easier to edit in Word than in Adobe Acrobat, it still takes a huge amount of time to fix all of the formatting and layout issues.
Most definitely, Karl!
