I need to add audio to a Rise project using the audio module. It offers the option to import. I would like to use storyline to record and edit the audio then export it into the Rise project. How can I do this?
yes those steps make sense - but I need details on how to do step 2 - I've tried hovering over the audio file and right clicking to see if it has an export option (see attached screen shot) and I've also tried all of the menu options from the top tool bar and cannot find an export option
If you click on the audio file in the timeline, the Audio Tools Options tab should appear. There's a Export Audio button on that tab that should do exactly what you're looking for!

Couple steps but pretty simple:
1. In Storyline, record your audio.
2. Export the audio.
3. Launch Rise
4. Create the audio block (multimedia)
5. Upload (import) your audio.
Good luck.

Hi Katrina!

Ah - there may be the problem - I do NOT have an options tab --- see screenshot
any update on the above --- The audio tools options tab is not opening for me...see screenshot in above post
Hi Katrina,
Looks like you may be right-clicking on the audio file.
If you just click to select the file, you should see a new menu tab pop up for the Audio Tools as Alyssa's image above shows.
If you need us to take a look at your .story file, please feel free to share.
