Hi Michael,

We had an issue last night where there was a partial outage connected to exporting as you'll see noted on the Articulate Status page. It sounds like you're still having trouble though?

Can you tell me a few of the course titles that you've attempted to export and I can have our team take a look at your account?

Thanks, Michael. I took a look at my own Rise courses and had our team take a look too. They didn't spot anything unusual. As I mentioned we had some export issues last night, and that could have caused some problems on your end if the timing was just right. 

Since you're now also having issues downloading attachments, have you checked into any other internet or connection issues on your end? Are you using Chrome for Windows or Mac?
