Hopefully I can provide some guidance - do you have a website already built? Do you have access to the file directory?
I would suggest using Articulates built in FTP option to upload the files directly to your website directory.
After you publish to web, the screen will give you few options:
Select FTP:
You will then need to fill in:
Once you fill this in (which you should be able to get that info via Weebly webpage), it will upload the files to your website. Then you need to create a direct link to the .HTML file is uploaded.
I think you can also make the .HTML file a url, so the module plays when a user is on that url.
That should launch the course.
I am not 100% sure of how much customization you have with weebly, but let me know if this helped!
