Export Stuck

I'm trying to export a Rise SCORM and it seems to be getting stuck. Usually when I export a SCORM it takes just a few seconds. The past few days it seems to be stuck on the export screen (waited for an hour so far). Has anyone else experienced this issue and have any tips for me?

Hi Jamie! If you haven't tried already, here are some steps I take when exports and downloads are getting caught up in my browser:

  1. Close down my browser and my machine, and restart.
  2. Try a different supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
  3. Clear my browser history.
