I am trying to export my Rise 360 course via web and I'm having issues. I received the email saying that my course is ready for download. After I click the "download course" it is downloaded to a zip drive. However, when I click on the zip drive, it brings me to a "content" folder. I open that folder and it then brings me to (see attached). Any suggestions?

Hi Katie,
Everything you have described about the course exporting process is perfectly normal and correct.
You need to extract all the ZIP files and maintain the folder structure. Then copy the extracted files to where they will be hosted.
Finally use index.html to launch the course.
