Exporting Rise Courses

Hey all, 

I've done a little research on the best ways to get a course authored in Rise to students. I want to ask:

First: If anyone has a preferred, clean looking, user friendly LMS they have used with Rise files when exported as a scorm file? 

Second: If you have exported the course as a web only file, how do you upload this file to your website (wordpress.org, squarespace for example...)? Happy to be linked to an external reference or resource (I realize this question might be obvious... I'm not literate in webservers and linking to index.html files).
