I have noticed the colour of the font in the marker text box, had a slight fade toward the bottom lines. Please see image below. The fade seems to come and go, but my client has noticed this. I have four markers, and all have this issue.
Any suggestions as to why this might be happening?
Hi Dave! We're investigating a similar issue when learners click on a marker a second time. Check out my screencast and let me know if that matches what you're seeing.
I'll add your experience to our report so we can keep you updated here in the discussion.
This issue is still under investigation by our team. If you'd like to take a Peek of the problem I can share that as an additional example to help the team continue tracking down the problem.
I had this same issue and did some poking around in Chrome's Dev Tools and noticed that when you click on the marker button a second time, the div that contains the text that eventually becomes faded is given an extra class called "bubble__body--has-overflow". Removing this class from the HTML fixed the issue of blurred text, so hopefully this will help you all in fixing this issue.

Hey Dave,
Thanks for sharing an image of what you are experiencing.
Is this within a certain environment/browser? I can see a similar report for Edge, but wanted to check in and confirm with what you are seeing.
Hi Leslie,
I'm seeing this in Chrome and IE 11. Hope this helps.
Many thanks
Dave

Hi,
The same thing is happening to me. I get faded out fonts when users click the second time. Is there any update to this issue?
