Field Entry to Load to LMS

Hi, I'm using RISE to create certification prep & test walk-thrus. At the end of the training, I am wanting the learner to enter their 'certificate ID' that they've completed other activities to show that they did what they were prepped for, and shown how to do.  I tried using a quiz in RISE, but they require a 'possible answer'.  I also tried an interaction with Storyline, but it is not transmitting the submission to the LMS (Absorb).  Does anyone have a workaround to have a fill-in-the blank field, that doesn't require a right or wrong answer, that will transmit via TinCan or SCORM to the LMS as a test/quiz?
