The titles on the flipcards are blurry. Anyone else noticing this? Is there a way to adjust? At first I thought it was text turned to an image, but it's actually text. I'm not sure what CSS is being applied for it to look so fuzzy.
See attached. Notice the crisp text on the back of the card.
articulate support have replicated their end and have an open issue for it, seems to be happening when using Chrome and Edge but the image quality is good when using Firefox and IE11.
Hi Ruan. If you are still having trouble with your flashcards appearing blurry, let's work 1:1. You can open a case by clicking here and share some screenshots of what you're seeing. It will be helpful to know what browser you're using as well. Thank you!
Hello, this is still an issue all these years later. It's especially noticeable when I use a custom graphic image with text on it. Making the text bold is only a minor help when the back is so much clearer. Has there been any movement on this issue?
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. The original bug report for the issue encountered in this thread has already been fixed, and I'm also not seeing this behavior being reported by other users.
I'd recommend opening a case with our support team here so we can work directly with you to figure out why the images in your tiles are having display issues. We'll keep an eye out for your support case!

Hi everyone! We made a change to the flashcard grid block in Rise 360. The text on the front of flashcards should appear more crisp and clear now.
Please let us know if you have any questions about this fix!
Thanks, there's a definite improvement in my Chrome and Edge.
Big improvement, thanks!
Great news.
Many thanks!
This CCS class is causing the issue?
block-flashcard__front--fullimage .block-flashcard__content {
background-size: cover;
If I uncheck it in the css it looks great? if your Developers change it to >> auto instead of Cover this resolves the issue, USE IT... DON'T USE IT.

Is there a solution or workaround for this yet? I haven't had any success with adding _NOPROCESS_ to the start of file names.
Hi Discover Learning Designs! So sorry to hear that you're still getting blurry images despite using _NOPROCESS_ in the image filename.
Please open a case with us here so you can share the images with our technical support engineers.

Has anyone found resolution to this? The blurry images and text on the flip card really compromises the professional image we want to portray.
