Free trial version limitations?

May 17, 2018

What happens to courses created with the free trial version of Rise? Is it possible to download and save them, or are they forever lost?

I tried to download a course as a web page, but when I open the index.html-link I get sent to the course in it's editing mode.

Hi,

I have tried View, Try and Test mode using Screen Record. Once the record
is done, selected the option slide by slide for Try mode.

Instead of number of slides for each click, i got a single static screen
with no pop up.

Tried the same for number of times.
Please do the needful to overcome this.

Thanks in advance,
Sahana Kumar

Can Rise courses created on a trial account be migrated somehow to an existing full account? I have a colleague that wants to try out making a course. If she doesn't enjoy her experience, I'd like to be able to grab her work with my account and finish off the course for publication under my account. Is that possible?

Hi Laura!

I understand that you have a full Articulate 360 subscription and you want to continue working on a course made by your colleague in a trial account.

Before the trial expires, your colleague can send a copy of the Rise course to you. You can send a copy to the email address that is associated with your subscription. Take a look at the steps here.

Hope this helps you!
