Freelancer Removed From Teams Account - All of my content is missing!

So my client gave me a team account. I was told that when they removed me from billing, and I started billing for my own account, all of my content would transfer. 

That happened today and everything I created over nearly two years time is gone.

Please, help!!!

Hello, Nicole. I'm happy to help. When you're working with clients as a freelancer on their Articulate 360 Team subscription, here's what can happen when you leave the team.

I'll need two pieces of information to let you know how we can help:

  • Are you using the same Articulate ID (email address) on your own subscription that you used with the team?
  • Can you find out which option the team administrator chose for your content (transfer, do nothing, or delete) when they removed you from the team?
