I just read another thread on this...I had to log out, clear all browsing history and then log back in to Rise. I took two times for it to work and now the message is gone
The message is popping up again- is there a plan to get this resolved? It's kind of annoying to go through all these steps each time I open up Rise. Thanks!
You can try a hard refresh by holding CTRL and clicking Refresh. There is something in your cache causing it. You could also try clearing your cache, here is a link to help you.
Hmmm...I have cleared my cache and that worked for a while now it's back. In addition I went to create a link and its now showing up there. Is there an explanation for this?
I received this message from support that did the trick:
What is the URL of the rise course in the address bar read out like? Does it say "https://rise-runtime.articulate.com" instead of "rise.articulate.com"?. The correct URL should say rise.articulate.com. If its says rise-runtime.articulate.com, it will cause that warning to come up. Try deleting the "-runtime" in the url and hit enter (not refresh).

Interesting...I was beginning to think it was just me.
Hi Gail and Jenny!
Sorry you've run into this issue. Refreshing your browser should resolve the problem! Let us know if you have any further questions.

I'm having the same issue. I'll try clearing my cache. Glad it's not just me...
Bob,
I received this message from support that did the trick:

Thanks for sharing that tip, Jenny!
Bob, if that doesn't work, the best thing to do is get in touch with our Support Team directly. You can submit a case here.
In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
I just got this too - deleting "-runtime" from the URL worked.
Great! I'm glad to hear it :)
