We use an oracle enterprise LMS and we can get Rise to play but it will not, resume training where they left off, it will not record completion, and if you hit the exit button nothing happens.
They are launched in a new browser window the course will open but the exit button will not work and if you leave the training it brings you back to the beginning and will not mark completion. We use an enterprise version of Oracle and 1.2 scorm adapter
Hi Janel! It's possible that your Rise course is exceeding the SCORM Suspend Data Limits which is why the progress isn't getting recorded in your LMS. Click here for more information on this problem and details on how to fix this. If you're still running into issues, I suggest testing your course in SCORM Cloud and comparing the results with your LMS. You can also submit a new case here, and one of our customer support engineers will be in touch with you directly to help troubleshoot your course.
I am not sure as I am the instructional designer working with our Internal oracle team who is unfamiliar with Scorm. I forwarded the information over to them lets keep our fingers crosses.

Hi Janel,
Are you running your courses within the LMS interface itself, or are the courses launched in a new browser window?
