Hi Janel! It's possible that your Rise course is exceeding the SCORM Suspend Data Limits which is why the progress isn't getting recorded in your LMS.  Click here for more information on this problem and details on how to fix this. If you're still running into issues, I suggest testing your course in SCORM Cloud and comparing the results with your LMS.  You can also submit a new case here, and one of our customer support engineers will be in touch with you directly to help troubleshoot your course.
