Have A360; for client project, need to start a trial

I'm trying to sign up for a trial (w/ a different email address from my Articulate ID) in order to accept an invite and use client's Rise 360 (versus my own). I'm getting stuck in a loop where clicking the start a trial link just dumps me back to the email/password page.

Any suggestions?
