Have to reload page after external link

I have a link to a website.  After I close the new window, I get this message.  "We launched your course in a new window but if you do not see it, a popup blocker may be preventing it from opening. Please disable popup blockers for this site."

If I reload, the correct course page comes back.   I have pop up blockers turned off for my LMS, so I am not sure why this is happening.   Any ideas?

I see that you reached out to our support team as well for some assistance, so you should be hearing from someone soon.

I took a quick glance at the link you shared and I'm curious if you experience the issue you described using that link or if the issue only happens within your LMS? 

Everything looked great and the link to Table 1 opened in a new tab and when closed, I could resume as expected.

You could also test in SCORM Cloud and if you are still having an issue, please let me know what browser you're using.
