I completed a course in Rise, audio was working fine. Then suddenly, when I clicked on the audio arrow; nothing, not a sound. Any insights about what may cause this to happen and what are solutions to fix.

Thank you Alyssa - We tested the course yesterday, parts worked fine with audio and links. Today we reloaded to the LMS and "nothing," no audio and the links did not perform as expected. I am hoping to get some insight on resolving sporadic behavior with the course or Rise.

Thanks for sharing that review link with me. I viewed all of the videos in the "Resources" lessons, and I was able to hear audio without a problem.
What browser were you using when you ran into this audio issue? Have you found that the problem happens in any browser, or in one browser in particular? These browsers are supported for viewing Rise courses.

Thanks for following-up on this and we design and view in "Chrome." Not only can we not hear audio, the links stopped working as well.
