Help! Audio and Screen Record Stopped Working in Rise (Scheduled to Launch to Learners Today!)

I completed a course in Rise, audio was working fine.  Then suddenly, when I clicked on the audio arrow; nothing, not a sound.  Any insights about what may cause this to happen and what are solutions to fix.

Hi Paulette!

Thanks for sharing that review link with me. I viewed all of the videos in the "Resources" lessons, and I was able to hear audio without a problem. 

What browser were you using when you ran into this audio issue? Have you found that the problem happens in any browser, or in one browser in particular? These browsers are supported for viewing Rise courses.
