Help with Embed for Rise

Hello could someone help me build a good embed code for a Rise Block please? 

I want to embed a map created in Mindmeister. There is an embed wizard for that but most of the code isn't accepted in Rise. I can't find any info on the parameters Rise accepts in embed code except this. I want to remove the social media tags. Ideally I want there to be a link in that block to open in a new window but that code didn't work. Here's what I have so far. Are there ideal width and height settings for Rise? Thanks
