It looks like your screenshot is of a Rise 360 course in Review 360, is that right?
Are you hosting the content in Review 360 because you need to collect feedback from stakeholders? If you don't need to collect feedback and just need a URL for your course, you can use the Share link.

I have never seen anything like the header-title in your screen shot in Rise.
That applies to editing in Rise, previewing in Rise, or taking the course as a learner in our LMS.
Was your screen shot image taken while running your course in a LMS?
