Is there a tool or process that is recommended for creating high resolution screen shot images to be incorporated into Rise courses? I am relatively new to Rise and am creating a course that will contain many screen shot images of an application. Use of the .png files generated using the generic windows snipping tool display as blurred and pixelated.
Hi Lauren! Here are some best practices for adding media in Rise. Did you know that you have a screenshot tool in Storyline as well? You can go to Insert > Picture > Screenshot, and save the resulting image as a picture by right-clicking on the image. The key will be to scale your subject up and take a large clipping, rather than taking a small picture and then scaling the image up. The bigger = the better and more crisp.
I'll defer to the community for suggestions on their other favorite screenshot tools!
