You can't change another user's email address, but that user can log in and change the email address on that account instead. Here's how they can change the email address associated with an Articulate ID: 1) Go to https://account.articulate.com and sign in with the current email address and password. 2) Enter your new email address in the Articulate ID field, then click Save. 3) You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
