How do I change an admin's email on an account?

Needing to change an email to another user's email on an Admin Account, how do I do this without deleting that admin account?

Hi Julie!

Good question! You can't change another user's email address, but that user can log in and change the email address on that account instead. Here's how they can change the email address associated with an Articulate ID: 

1) Go to https://account.articulate.com and sign in with the current email address and password. 

2) Enter your new email address in the Articulate ID field, then click Save. 

3) You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to verify your new information.
