How can we backup our Rise courses? I have spent months designing my current Rise course and the thought of losing all that hard work keeps me up at night!
Hi Gene! Your much-needed rest is important to us. ☺️ To help you sleep better, check out our Trust Center. We back up your data to make sure your hard work is never lost. If you ever have an issue, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help.
Is there any way to roll back a Rise course? I just started implementing feedback from a SME and realise after deleting several blocks that they are way off beam and I need to seek more advice. The only way I can see to rollback is by going to the review platform to see the last version and building the blocks up again using cut and paste, item by item.

This question has come up a number of times.
The short answer is that there is no way to backup your Rise courses to your hard drive or anywhere else.
Even if you have your course in a SCORM ZIP package that is not going to do you much good as a true backup as these files are not really editable.

There is no way way to rollback a course to a previous version. The option you described is the only way rebuild the last version.
Something to consider before you start making major revisions to a course, is to make a copy of the course as a backup.
