How to aid
Jun 05, 2019
I am working with a number of clients who are using e-learning for the first time and their users are older, mostly retired volunteers. They are looking for a resource that explains the technical aspects of how to go through a course, (arrows, next page, accordions, etc). Anyone out there have something like this?

I would record a video using Peek and add it into the course at the beginning.
Thanks!
another idea if you're using rise: I used one of the available power point templates to create a "how to navigate this course" slide. I then uploaded the slide into the labeled graphic block and added buttons to each point in the graphic. when learners click on the buttons a small popup opens with an image or video of a navigation feature and some text explaining how/when to use it (see attachment).
Thanks!
That is a great idea!
