How to control what image appears on Storyline Block?

I have serveral Storyline Blocks in a course.
Some of them display the image of the first slide :
But some of them display a not so interesting grey screen:
How do I control the image displayed in a Storyline Block to avoid the grey screen?

depends on if you have media on the first slide, no media I believe will show the top image, the second if you have audio or video.
I noticed that all my Storyline blocks that don't display the grey screen are linked to a Storyline file containing more than one slide. I added one slide to my Storyline file and now, the Storyline Block displays the first slide instead of the grey screen.
An explanation of why this happens would be helpful!
It displays the grey/black screen on mobile regardless of what you do. I have been requesting this to be changed for some time now.
Hi JC,
If you’ve included audio or video on the first slide, you'll see the playback button. The number of slides in your Storyline 360 project doesn't have an impact on whether or not you see it.
