I'm happy to chime in! The three dots should show up when hovering your mouse over the course tile in your Rise dashboard.
If you are not the owner of the course and the "Duplicate" option is not available after clicking the three dots, you may need to reach out to the course owner to add you as a "Course Manager" to be able to duplicate the content.

Hi Lindsay,
Open the Rise dashboard that shows the list of all your Rise courses.
Find the course you want to duplicate.
On the far right-hand side of the course name, there are three dots.
If you click on the 3 dots, the third option is Duplicate.
