I would like to export a course from rise 360 to host it on client platforms limiting the number of participants / licenses? It's possible? How should I do it?
It sounds like you need a learning management system (LMS) to host your Rise 360 content. With an LMS, you can limit the people who have access to your content.

A Rise module doesn't have a way to limit the number of users.
A course can be published for use in an LMS/LRS, which are typically set up with access restrictions. An LMS/LRS is also set up to track which users access the course and whether they complete it successfully.
A course can be published for use on the web.
If it is put on a website that is open to the public, it will be available to anyone who has the URL.
If it is put on a website within a company's intranet, it will be available to anyone who has access to that part of the intranet and who has the URL.
If a course has restricted navigation, it's possible to limit users to those who have a password.
