Hi,

I would like to export a course from rise 360 to host it on client platforms limiting the number of participants / licenses?
It's possible?
How should I do it?

Thanks :)

Hi Randstad!

It sounds like you need a learning management system (LMS) to host your Rise 360 content. With an LMS, you can limit the people who have access to your content.

If you don't already have an LMS in place, check out Rise.com!

Rise.com is an all-in-one online training system that gives you one place to create, track, manage, and analyze your training. It includes all the authoring functionality from Rise 360, plus a library of pre-built lessons on common business topics. You can also start creating your Rise.com course from one of many sample courses or templates rather than starting from scratch.

Once you’ve created a course, you can enroll learners, track their progress, and analyze training effectiveness—all within Rise.com. You can even allow learners to browse and self-enroll in training you make available in Rise.com.

To see it in action, head over to rise.com! You can also email the Rise team at sales@rise.com.

Hi OP, did you find a way to limit the users on a Rise module? (not on the LMS)

A Rise module doesn't have a way to limit the number of users.

  • A course can be published for use in an LMS/LRS, which are typically set up with access restrictions. An LMS/LRS is also set up to track which users access the course and whether they complete it successfully.
  • A course can be published for use on the web.
    • If it is put on a website that is open to the public, it will be available to anyone who has the URL.
    • If it is put on a website within a company's intranet, it will be available to anyone who has access to that part of the intranet and who has the URL.

If a course has restricted navigation, it's possible to limit users to those who have a password.
