We have copyrighted models/charts that for our lessons that we don't want the users manipulating or cropping our logo. We will add in copyright metadata, but would like the extra security of not having them downloading these images. Is there any way to put those restrictions on any of the blocks?
Hi Mary! To confirm, there isn't a way to prevent learners from downloading media assets from your course. We are looking at the feasibility of making it harder to do, however, and I'll keep you posted with any changes here!
Hi Team, I am also looking for the same feature in Rise 360. Are we able to prevent users from downloading images. It will be good if we can disable right-click option? Thanks.
Thanks for letting us know protecting your media assets is important to you. While there isn't a way to prevent learners from downloading image files from your course, we will certainly let you know if we make any changes that help.

Hi Mary,
I don't know of any way to restrict users in Rise this way. Perhaps add a faint watermark over the models & charts?

It doesn't matter what you do to secure your images, there is always a way to grab the images, by just a using a screen snipping tool.
