Is there any way to move a learner back to the beginning of a Rise course after he/she has failed to successfully respond to the quiz questions (only 2 questions, but must be 100 % correct to pass the course).
If I cannot create within Rise, can I create a Storyline block that would do the same thing and import that block into Rise? If so, how would I do that?
You could put a block on so that the learner can't continue until they complete the knowledge check block, then have a button above that returns them to the top of the module?
Once the quiz has been passed, it would open up the next block

Rise does not have conditional branching.
