I'm having the same problem. I export for web and when I try to upload it in Thinkific as a multimedia file it says I'm missing an HTML file. Was this issue resolved for Moe Ash? I'm communicating with Thinkific as well but I haven't heard back yet,
Had same issue - it is because when you export as 'web' from Rise360 it puts everything into a top level folder called 'content'. All you need to do is extract the file and then re-zip it without that top level folder.
Hi Everyone - has anyone had any issues uploading web articulate rise file to thinkific that contains embedded Vimeo videos? Althougth both rise and thinkific are whitelisted on Vimeo - I am getting error messages and videos won't play
Hi Lucy, do you see the same error when you preview your Rise course, view it in Review 360, or upload your course in SCORM Cloud? If you only see the error in Thinkific, I recommend getting in touch with the support team for your LMS. I hope this helps!
Something else I am running into is every time I upload, it includes the course start page and begin course button. I am looking to build out individual activities in Rise and upload at specific points in my Thinkific course. Any workarounds?
Hi Kathryn! Right now, Rise 360 courses published for LMS will include the main menu page with a start button, but we'll let you know if we add the option to remove that page in the future. For now, this workaround from Chris Curry, one of your fellow community members, might help.
You can not do this on the Free or Basic version so you have to upgrade to the Start version to allow this. I found this out the hard way. Not a big deal if you have a more expensive course but for inexpensive ones, it's pricey to host.
Good news, everyone! We've just released a new feature that allows you to turn off the cover page when you publish for LMS to improve compatibility, streamline training, and get learners into content faster. Give it a try, and let us know if you have any questions about it!
Note: You can't hide the cover page for training created from Next Big Idea Club content templates.
Hi Armando, this was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you. I have managed to upload both Rise 360 courses and microlearning lessons without the navigation bars to Thinkific. If anyone needs any more info than the video that Armando posted, feel free to drop me a message. It has taken hours of testing and playing around but I finally have it completed.

According to ther web site, Thinkific is not SCORM compliant:

However you can publish HTML5 courses to Thinkific

Hey Karl,
So I should export rise as web not LMS? and upload it to thinkific?
Because that method isn't working out and it keeps mentioning that it is missing a HTML file.
So do you have any idea what I should do?
Hi Moe, based entirely on what I read very briefly on their website, you need to export for Web.

Any traction on this? I'm having the same issue... publish for the web but missing HTML file. Storyline works great but Rise I'm having trouble with.
Thanks!

Same issue. Exporting for web on rise. When I upload, I'm missing the .html file according to Thinkific too.

Does anyone have trouble have their content to show up once the it is uploaded to THINKTIFIC?
This worked! Thank you.
Hello Jagdish,
Please, could you help out with how you imported the zipped file into Thinkific. Thanks
Hi Onem! I created a short video of how to do it. Hopefully, it becomes of some help!

What are the pros and cons of building a course in Rise 360 and hosting it on Thinkific?
Other than the text options in Rise being much better than Thinkific. Any comments appreciated.
