I have added hyperlinks to text descriptions in an image carousel, however when I go to preview the course there is no option to click the linked text. Even when I right click on the link, there is no option to open it.
I have tested the links elsewhere in the course, in text blocks, and it is working fine. Any ideas how I can fix this?
I am encountering an issue where I am trying to add a hyperlink to the caption space of a video that will allow a learner to download a transcript of that video. I am constantly getting an error of a "bad fetch". When i check the link in a browser they work fine.
Critical issue for me on a tight timeline help is appreciated.

I am still unable to open hyperlinks on Rise. These links are of documents on a SharePoint site, which are updated frequently so we can't provide them as attachments.
When I click on the hyperlink, it opens a new tab and closes immediately. But when I copy the URL and paste it in a new tab, I am able to view/download the documents.

Hi Brian,
I just created a link attached to text in a video caption and it works for me.
If you attach the same link to paragraph text, do those links work?
