I have added a hyperlink in a Rise course that does not work. The link works outside of the course, but when I click on it in the Rise document, I get an error message (see pic below). The link redirects to Articulate. Any thoughts?
So, I believe I resolved the problem. The link was added through the editing boxes in rise. The links, however, led to auto-downloads o PDF's. I replaced the links with ones which directed users to the site instead and that worked.
Got it! I am glad to hear that adding a link to the site worked. Another alternative that may help when attaching pdf files is to upload them by using the Multimedia block >> Attachment. You can include the files directly into the course.

Hey Peter,
I am sorry to hear that you are running into a roadblock. May I ask how the hyperlink was added to the Rise course?
