When I upload my image (which is in color), it is showing in Rise in grayscale. I've done labeled graphics blocks in the past with no problem--I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong this time. Has anyone encountered this before?
Try deleting the Labeled Graphic block, then insert a new one. If the image still uploads as grayscale, we'll want to take a closer look at your image file.
I figured it out. The image is a screenshot from a piece of software, with just a few (small but important) bits of color on the page. When I zoom way in, to make the colored bits appear larger, they show up correctly in Rise. Still not sure why that's happening, but I can make this work.
