I am using the built-in image map functionality. The issue I have is that the text box, when popped open, sometimes has the text faded out at the bottom, even if the user can't scroll.
Sometimes it happens only the second time the user has clicked through the points on the map. And it happens on both of the image maps on that module.
Thanks for sharing the review link. I saw the same problem when I clicked on a marker more than once. I also saw highlighted text intermittently. Here's a screen recording of my testing.
We've got this bug reported, and our developers are having a look at this behavior so we can determine a fix. I'm sorry that it's getting in the way of how your course is designed to look. We'll let you know once we have a resolution!

I've checked the Review link and I'm not seeing that issue - here is a Peek video where I go through three times - the only faded text is on the text box with the scrollbar. I viewed through Chrome.
Wierd, I am getting it, and so is the client. I am using Chrome, I'm not sure what she's using...
