Image quality

Feb 28, 2017

Hi,

I'm creating a Labeled Graphic activity and I notice the image quality I uploaded is quite poor compared to the one I got on my computer...
Are there any tips to keep the initial quality of the picture before uploading ?

Thanks

Hi there Chloé!

Because Rise content is responsive, your images will change dimensions depending on the device and the orientation the learner uses.  We'd recommend using high-quality images in your Rise courses -  the larger, the better! We've even tested images as wide as 8,000 pixels, and they looked great. No matter the size of the image, Rise will optimize the image for web delivery by using cutting-edge image-compression technology.

If you'd like, you're welcome to share a copy of the image you're having trouble with, and we'll test it out on our end! Just use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
