I am building a course in Rise and I wanted the image to look shrink a bit to look like an image I saw on an Articulate webinar. The webinar's rise image was cropped (or not) to look more like a divider. Can someone tell me how to do that using the Content Library?
I saw that, but for some weird reason it opened on my computer in a way that I couldn't move the image around so that I could actually crop it. Anyway, I've attached a snip of it.
Thank you. I thought that's what it was. I'll have to take a screen shot, but for some reason when I click to crop the image I can't access the corners of the image. It's really annoying.
Hi Kandice! It sounds like the image cropping tool is giving you trouble. Would you mind sending us a short screen recording of how you can't access the corners of the image? Peek 360 is a great screen recording tool, if you don't already have one installed.
Please share that video with us by opening a case, and we'll take a look!
Thank you so much for reaching out. I was able to correct the issue by adjusting the display size for Windows 10. I was having this issue with other platforms as well.

Hi Kandice,
Do you have an example of what you would like the image to look like?
How to crop images in Rise is described here: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/new-in-rise-360-image-cropping

Hi Kandice,
That is a Text on Image block.
A Text on Image block automatically crops the image used, to be long and narrow. You may be able to add different cropping (I have not tried).
In the Rise crop feature, grab and drag any one of the 4 corners (white dots) or drag the entire crop window up or down.

That's a really helpful follow-up. Thanks Kandice!
