Hi Crystal, I have the same need except my course was exported to Web. I have all the files but I cannot get it into Rise 360 to edit. I created the course prior to layoff in May of this year. When I returned and re-initiated my Articulate license, the course was gone. My Storyline courses were available but the Rise courses were gone from the software. I just have the exported versions.
Hi Denise! Did you re-initiate your Articulate license with the same email address?
If you used the same email address but you don't see your courses on your dashboard, it's possible that your Articulate 360 team admin reassigned your courses to another person or deleted the courses.
+1 on this, would be a fantastic feature request. I'd be happy with the limitation that the SCORM would have to have been generated initially by Rise or something like that.

You cannot import a SCORM ZIP package into Rise for editing purposes.
Hello, Albert! Can your client send you a copy of that course in Rise 360?

Are you able to help?

Here's a look at what happens when you're removed from an Articulate 360 team: Managing Content When Users Leave Your Team
I would reach out to your team admin to ask what option they chose when they removed you from the team in May.

Hi Andrew,
It's not possible import a SCORM package into Rise for editing purposes.
Importing a course using a SCORM package is a feature that needs to be added to Rise.
Importing courses should be a basic feature in Rise 360. I totally agree with the argument. Please, to you administrators of Rise think about it...
