Incomplete until all retries are used, then fail

Hi community,

I'm looking to set up a Rise course to grade based on the final Quiz. The client wants 2 tries. On the first try, if the user fails it says "incomplete" and if the user fails the second try (i.e., the last try) it says "failed".

Is it possible to have a course that doesn't update the lesson_status to "failed" until after the final attempt is failed?
