I created a course in Chrome and exported to our LMS. Our company browser defaults to Internet Explorer and I had a user tell me she was unable to expand the course so she could see it full screen (viewing in IE). Is this simply a matter of having users view the course in a different browser? Thanks!
Hi there Jennifer, thanks for your post! I just did a quick test in SCORM Cloud on Internet Explorer 11, and I was able to open a Rise course in fullscreen. Take a Peek at my testing here!
Have you tried testing your course in another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud? This will tell you whether the problem is related to your specific LMS.
If you'd like help with that testing, attach your zipped output file here!
Thanks, Alyssa! I am going to try and see how this works on my own. If I am stuck, I will definitely send my file. I am glad I reached out - this is our first major launch of an Articulate RISE course and there have been some bumps for sure. This seems like a great resource to get clarity on our issues!
