Is content in Rise 360 public once you hit "Publish" or share it with a colleague? I ask because I am using Rise 360 to develop a New Hire Guide. However, there is proprietary information that cannot be released to the public. I want to ensure I am protecting the company and it's employees.
Thanks for reaching out! No, the content can only be viewed by you and anyone you share the "share" link or exported content with. No need to worry! :)
Right now, Rise 360 courses only save learner progress when they're uploaded to an LMS. If you're sharing a web link with your learners, their progress won't be saved.
If you need learner progress to be saved outside of an LMS environment, would you be up for logging a feature request to tell us more about your specific needs?
In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know!

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Is there a way to save the progress once the participant close the link and access again?
