Issue loading Logo and Cover Picture

When attempting to complete the Practice Exercises For Rise (Part 1) I was unable to upload image from Content Practice Files and/or other pics from my Computer files. Any guess what I'm doing wrong? (Screen shots in Attachment)
I was able to successfully upload the Center Block image using any of the images. So the problem is occurring when I am trying to use the Upload Logo and Cover fields (Screen shot in Attachment).

Strange that you could upload those pictures to a Image Center block, but not to the logo or cover photo area.
What web browser were you using when this happened? Also, would you mind sharing those image files with us by clicking here?
I'm having the same issue when trying to upload either a logo or a cover photo. I have images saved as both .jpeg and .png. When I try to upload them I get a message that says "Please verify the file type is an image and try again." I'm using IE as my browser, as that's the default when I open RISE.
Any suggestions would help.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details of what you are experiencing.
IE is not a supported browser for authoring your courses in Rise. You can check out all of our supported browsers here.
As for IE being the one that opens, sounds like that is a default setting on your computer.
