When I use the No LMS- Web Only export option, the resulting zip file only contains an assets and a lib folder but no launch html file. Is this option only meant to be a backup of a course's assets?
That's what I would expect but the zip file (I used the Employee Health and Wellness sample course) doesn't include one. Anyway, I exported for SCORM, unzipped that package and got the index.html from there.
Hey Michael - This is a known issue currently on Windows when you download the RAW package and extract it locally with the Windows Extract command.
You should be able to see everything in your zip as expected if you extract via a different utility, 7-zip is my personal favorite. But, we will be rolling out a fix shortly so that the index.html does not get stripped out. I'll post here when it is out so you can try it.
Did you export for No LMS- Web only as Michael did? What browser are you accessing Rise through? You'll want to make sure that you're using one of the browsers here.

You should see an index.html file at the root. Do you not?

Thanks. It's no big deal, I was just wondering if I missed anything.
Michael - We deployed the fix, should work if you try again!
