Issues playing video in LMS

I've ran into an issue with my company's 3rd party LMS system not accepting or finding the video file within the Rise course. The video was uploaded to Rise and exported without issues. However our company's 3rd party LMS system's representative is telling me that the course is searching for the video file at a faulty location. The file type we are trying to load into the LMS is SCORM 1.2. I know a common troubleshooting step is to try to upload the fille to SCORM Cloud. However their free trial only accepts 100mb files and my file is 400mb.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Please see attached
